Hi, I am Árpi. I graduated from the Faculty of Computer Engineering at the University of Óbuda. Since my childhood, I have been interested in the world of computer science, particularly fascinated by complex algorithms, and my career choice was decided in early high school. During my university years, I was able to immerse myself in the world of IT by participating in a research project (Options Evaluator With an Artificial Intelligence-Based Volatility Model), which I successfully implemented through Scriptide, resulting in a publication. Since then, I have been working here full-time and developing, leveraging my knowledge as a full stack developer.
Technical interests / focus:
I like variety, so I take on challenges with both frontend and backend tasks. As I mentioned, I have a strong interest in algorithms, including machine learning and heuristics. I value continuous improvement, and I try to keep up with the latest technologies, which is why I am happy to work here.
Hobbies / free time activities:
I love nature, hiking, seeing the world, and broadening my perspective. I’m a big fan of extreme sports, and I feel I can balance office work with these activities. I also like to spend time with friends, and spending time together, such as at a festival or concert, always gives me new energy.
Why do you like working at Scriptide:
There is a young atmosphere in the company, and I consider my colleagues my friends. Sometimes I even take the ‘home’ office inside.
